The Plate Rotto is an idea developed with chef Andrea Valentinetti for the DeG Pastisserie restaurant in Padua.
Made by craftsmen in Italy, it is a dish made up of two half usable individually or together to surprise your guests.
From the unusual black color smoked, it’s the perfect backdrop to the colorful and sophisticated Chef Valentinetti recipes, and is ideal for dessert or small pastry.
