Yoji Tokuyoshi is a japanese chef that, after working for the restaurant “Osteria Francescana” as a sous chef, decided to open his own restaurant mixing up the italian first quality food with the most elegant tecniques of his japanese culture.
Da Tokuyoshi is a restaurant where two strong culinary traditions are mixed up beautifully.
