In 2007, inside the building of Eataly Smeraldo, Chef Viviana Varese and Maitre and Sommelier Sandra Ciriello opened the restaurant Alice, a very classy and elegant place where love for design and love for food meet in a very sensitive and creative way.
The two women are the soul of the restaurant.
The chef Viviana Varese had some fine teachers in the kitchen, as Gualtiero Marchesi, and worked for Albareta, El Celler De Can Roca and the Girssole.
Sandra Ciriello is, instead, the leader during service time and also when it comes to choose the food for the chef, because she personally does it.
